This is a spectacular opportunity for Europe and the U.N. to go in and show us how it's done by the mature and wise people of the world. America will cheer you on, which is more than a some of Europe and most of the U.N. have done for us.

What are you waiting for? Pass a U.N. resolution and go in and fix it.
