Belgium cut and run and allowed hundreds of thousands to be murdered in a genocidal massacre and talked the ROW into doing nothging.
Is the part of Europe outside the US coalition so delicate that all it can do now is whine?
And you think stopping genocide is 'war mongering'?
Do you think it is stopped by cheap and easy words on official letterhead documents?
