Under Kerryâ€™s plan, the US will still foot the bill and manpower for Iraq, while we get Europeâ€™s permission to do anything.

Reminds me of when I was a teacher and some parents wanted us teachers to raise their kids for them, but they wanted to tell us how to do it.
