Most of the EU nations aren't even up to the paper tiger standard for military forces. Some, like the Brits, have very professional military forces but are weak when it comes to logistics and force projection. Most of them can't be bothered to get their hands dirty in messy places like the Sudan, the Balkans, or the Middle East. They'd rather America do (and pay) for everything, leaving them to sit on the sidelines and criticize like the pathetic whinners they are.
