Go to the courts? Yeah, that would work! Geez!

McCain isn't a judge, but he was the driving force behind the McCain-Feingold campaign finance "reform" that put restrictions on political speech, the most blatant attack on the First Amendment in memory. The Supreme Court said that limitations on political speech were fine.

Do try to keep up.
