A criminal case based solely on this person's testimony would get tossed out in five minutes.
Do you have one piece of objective evidence that any of this happened? That would make me believe that it's less likely that a Palestinian would lie about Americans than U.S. military men would ram a stick up someone's ass? I'm honestly asking. Hell, did you even bother to check?
More importantly, if you took this affadavit* at face value, why do you so badly want to believe it's true?
