The leaders of the Third Reich sit across the table from the leaders of the Jewish community. What's the "win-win" solution, there?
The 3rd Reich was a country, the threatened jewish country was in the occupied countries; getting rid of the leaders of the 3rd reich in their country and defeating them was a win win solution. You can win when the issue is a war against a country, not the same as stopping terrorists.
Israel learned that there is no compromise with those who have as their goal your extinction.
So have the Arab countries still at war with Israel. You take reasonable people from both sides who don't want the other's extinction and it's a good start. They are there.
You're welcome to continue reflecting forever if you want. Some of us have already thought through the alternatives.
There is nothing constructive in playing in the terrorits garden. You can't stop them by encouraging them to expand their ranks.
This will happen the more they feel humiliated.
