How about we make a rule that nobody who pays less than $20,000 in taxes has a right to support any government spending or social program? An equally ridiculous idea.

I'm sick of the idiotic concept that unless you're a member of the military you have no right to support the war, and expected that you were too smart to subscribe to it.

Amazing how the "chickenhawk" concept was kept in complete hibernation through Clinton's eight years in office.
