What's really hilarious is that the very people using welfare reform as an example now, screamed bloody blue murder at the idea way back when it was deemed a Republican attack on the poor (it has since been rewritten as a Clinton accomplishment).
It's also the same people who scream bloody blue murder at the idea of phasing younger workers off the Social Security teat.
