you've managed to derail a conversation about living wage laws into the deadend minutiae of how many time a string of characters occurred in one variation of a legal document.

Just as the teabaggers in the House take pride in obstructing governance, you seem to take great pride in obstructing discussion. You represent a conservatism that's devolved into nothing more than a reflexive "no!".
