I've been watching this, and I'm reserving judgment on the identity. R.L. seems to have more on the ball with knowledge about language and such, and I would defer to his call on this.

It's good to remember that "Iranian" does not necessarily mean "living in Iran."

I do know that there is a LOT of pro-America sentiment among the general population of Iran. The sentiments expressed by "Student" are not uncommon.

The whole thing was worth it just to see Lindy be skeptical about something.
