I'm completely opposed to Kyoto
Even those who have attempted to comply are failing to do so.
It was therefore nothing more than a feel-good measure that was going cause economic chaos on the haves in the blind hope that it would give something (what?) to the have-nots.
The only thing that will reduce the emmission of CO2 is a new fuel source...Kyoto did nothing to give us a new fuel source, except more feel good balony.
Capitalism will solve the global warming "problem" if there really is a "problem".
