I believe that the globe is warming. Somewhat from natural forces and somewhat from human activity introducing greenhouse gasses. The degrees from each is unclear and should be subject to scientific debate. The non-sequitur is to accept a bogus 'plan' that is really economic suicide specificly directed at the US, e.g. the Kyoto Protocol.
