The sad fact is he's right. It was all predicted. A destabilized Iraq, a haven for terrorists, more terrorists created, the US giving up any claim to moral leadership in the world, thousands upon thousands of innocent people dead, maimed, tortured.

But Saddam is gone.

Whoopee! Saddam is gone. And look what's left.

The guy is right. The US is withdrawing even though the situation is worsening. The "Americanized" Iraqis are in no position to control the country, everyone knows it, and the US is withdrawing.

What will be left will be militant, anti-American, and virulent.

Which was predicted. It's a crying shame.

Now we watch the neocons claim "true" victory, and blame. Murtha, Kennedy, of course Clinton, France, Germany.

A real tragedy.
