Al-Quieda's Exit Strategy Revealed?

Declare victory and go home before US troups leave and allow typical middle east intelligence practices to expose all their operatives in Iraq to face public stonings. Lay low during elections when attacks might theoretically have advanced their cause to protect their dwindling supplies or possibly just stock up for a post election blitz. That way when US troups start withdrawing as previously announced and long planned they can falsely claim cause and effect to give them some cover for withdrawal and claim of victory after getting blasted in every single confrontation with the US.

Wild speculation I know, but more grounded in reality than most of Bowser's rants.
