Yeah, after talking to Mandela about unrelated issues since the late 1990s, Gaddafi just suddenly decided to ditch his WMD the year Bush invaded Iraq.

From the Telegraph:

A spokesman for Mr Berlusconi said the prime minister had been telephoned recently by Col Gaddafi of Libya, who said: "I will do whatever the Americans want, because I saw what happened in Iraq, and I was afraid."

I'm beginning to wonder if some of you are actually afraid your brain will explode if Bush got credit for something.
