This is hard to read and not see that Publius is comparing US Democracy to Sharia -and Bush's modus operandi to Al Zarqawi. "This could be Bush" and drawing a direct comparision is impossible to ignore.
Well it's impossible to ignore unless you enjoy disagreement for disagreement's sake, which apparently is you modus operandi these days.
