Now, it could be argued that NASA budget should be slashed or that it should be greatly increased, but perhaps that could done over at the space board. And perhaps over at space board RL can also engage in a futile effort to provide sufficent evidence of science programs are being slashed. Or then again, RL can continue to behave like Bowser and Lindy.
