I have no doubt that the NK government is disintegrating, but my fear
is that the petty little dictators will take most of the NK people with it and
maybe a few outside its borders along the way.

Are we really going to wait for them to "test" launch another missile?

If my neighbor is parading around with a gun and keeps aiming it at
my house and making all kinds of threats, I am not going to wait for him
to shoot before I do something to stop him.
