Clinton beleives Iraw has WMD, lobs missiles at them.
Republicans decry and claim "Wag the Dog".

Bush believes Iraq has WMD (despite having the benefit of on the ground inspections) and invades.
Republicans cheer wildly and denounce anyone against this as un-patriots..

Explain again why it's only democrats who get tagged by you as "shouldn't be allowed anywhere near foreign policy"?
