Guilty here. Many of us Conservative accused Clinton of using Operation Desert Fox to take attention away from the whole Monica scandal.

Looking back, we should have urged him to do more against Iraq. Between Iraq violating the no fly zone, shooting at our planes and kicking out Inspectors, Clinton had enough justification to take out Saddam.

We should have used Operation Desert Fox to encourage more action against Iraq, but instead, we used it as a political weapon against Clinton. Had we done so, Al Qaeda would have turned their attention towards US occupation of Iraq (exposing bin Laden for what he is) and 9/11 would have never happened. And by now, Iraq would be a free Democracy.
