This is a truly vile pack of lies, and whoever wrote it should be ashamed of himself...as should those who pass it on.
It claims to be taken from Google and Wikipedia. Here's the real Wikipedia article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barack_Obama It takes only a moment to compare the two to see how this vicious hatemonger altered it. It's a fraud.
For those unwilling to take the time to read the truth, here's the real original first paragraph:
Honolulu, Hawaii to Barack Hussein Obama, Sr., born in Alego, a village in Nyanza Province, Kenya, and Ann Dunham, born in Wichita, Kansas.[3] His parents met while both were attending the East-West Center of the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where his father was enrolled as a foreign student. When Obama was two years old, his parents separated and later divorced; his father went to Harvard to pursue PhD studies, eventually returning to Kenya.[4] His mother married Lolo Soetoro, an Indonesian foreign student, and the family moved to Jakarta when Obama was six years old.[5] Four years later, Obama returned to Hawaii to live with his maternal grandparents.[6] He was enrolled in the fifth grade at Punahou School, a large, private college preparatory school in Honolulu,[7] which he attended through 12th grade, graduating in 1979.[8] His father died in a car accident in Kenya when Obama was 21 years old.[9] Obama's mother died of cancer a few months after the publication of his 1995 memoir, Dreams from My Father.[10]
Equally deceptive is the way that this lying sack of [excrement] blended the Wikipedia article seamlessly into his own propaganda, using Wikipedia to give his lies credibility.
Snopes.com, the authoritative Web site that debunks (and sometimes verifies) urban legends has an extensive analysis taking this crap apart point-by-point: http://www.snopes.com/politics/obama/muslim.asp .
Sorry if I seem a little steamed, but I have absolutely no tolerance for lies and hatemongering.
Funny thing about the "Internet Age": While lies can spread at the speed of light, so can the truth.
