There are tens of thousands of them coming out of my chest and head!!! I went to the doctor and begged him for an answer- he was in on the conspiracy and said it was 'normal', the bastard!!!! The 'fibers' are all over me- they are even growing out of my face!!!! I actually have to use a sharp blade regularly to cut them off!!!

I know WHY I got this disease, A jet plane flew over me when I was a kid- the connection is obvious!!!!

Get a goddamn clue....
