Did you even bother to look at the list of 114 US contractors for the DOD, NSA, military, etc. that have visited his site? My initial point was to ask why something that is supposed to be ridiculed is of so much interest to these agencies?

I don't see what it has to do with spaying a cat, and I don't find your comment anywhere near funny. If you just looked at the site and decided to dismiss it, then please go to the superbug site and take a look around. Just because you can't SEE these with the naked eye, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. There's a lot of information at that site.
