Tides

No tides on rotationally locked planets, including those 'planets' that are tiidally locked moons of Jovians or Neptunians

Massive tides on double planets despite their mutual rotational lock; they'd migrate across and wreck any landmasses, assuming there were oceans.

Same tidal problems on any resonant rotating planets e.g. our Mercury and Venus.

Given the other big fat planets in this system, I'd guess there's opportunity for rotational resonance, unless the main star's G field is SO overwhelming.
I can't do the 3 and 4 body tidal math.
