Pretty good. I had my blood drained yesterday to give my doctor something to look at as he tells me how well the drugs and diet have done in the last three months. I will meet with him next Tuesday to hear what is next on the agenda.

I'd prefer to get off the drugs. But if I haven't brought BP and cholesterol down, it is more likely he will prescribe more of them. Got my fingers crossed.
