There's a long list of who would be brought in.

Now, let's look at hoaxsters. You've read about them, seen them on the news. The ones who hang out their "Doctor" shingle and practise medicine and sometimes even surgery for years without being caught. Or the highly decorated war vet who gives speeches and draws the pleasures of the patriots to him. Or the Munchausen effect.
Are you speaking of say.... somebody like that?

I ran into someone once who was a great liar, believable, magnetic, popular. There were so many things he HAD done, that when he embellished, nobody questioned him. He held many top secret clearances and therein lies the rub.
Was he like that on purpose? Did they make him that way?
Why was he still working on so many projects?

Maybe this guy has the same psychological make-up.

So, personally you are asking if this Isaac guy is bluffing.
I say he COULD be. Yes, it could be an elaborate hoax.
I remember 5-6 years ago when we had some problems on this board with one regular "Slick", and his apparent "demise", and the "spoofs" on the Internet that we brought in as examples.

So, yes, this guy could be pulling an elaborate hoax on us. I personally can't tell. It's like a new design for a car, or a new recipe for a pizza, or a new gadget we use. It comes in sounding good, but will it produce?
We have the MJ-12 papers that have been floating around for decades, yet they have never been proved. However, they have never been disproved either.
