Bill Clinton's morals, popularity and political effectiveness may be a matter or partisan debate, but his charm, intelligence and ability to think and speak articulately on his feet contrast so dramatically with our current CIC that it has become necessary for conservatives to reflexively spit on the ground every time his name gets mentioned. The very fact he is attacked so systematically, at the most unexpected and inappropriate times, is all the evidence we need that the very memory of the man and his possible surrogate strikes irrational fear and loathing into the hearts of the puppet masters of neoconland.
Let 'em whine. They've become so pathetically obsessed by the need to slam the man who was President seven (seven!) long years ago that they don't realize that even the most politically disinterested or uninformed observers can't help but groan and roll their eyes when the sniveling starts.
