re: Nice numbers.

FIRST off the value you want is POWER not energy-

I must apologize for not speaking your language, I simply assumed that you can not have power without energy.

According to your calculation it takes only 4,100 MegaWatts of power to evaporate 25,000 gallons of water in one minute.

That is interesting because, according to information from this web site:
http://www.nucleartourist.com/world/wwide1.htm

There are about 440 operating commercial nuclear reactors around the world and more are in the process of being built, besides this quantity, there are several military and experimental nuclear reactors that are not included in this number.
So, I suppose your numbers would need to be multiplied by at least 440 to get the values that are currently relevant in the excess heating of the world.

From this web site:
http://www.eia.doe.gov/cneaf/nuclear/page/nuc_generation/gensum2.html
I find that there was somewhere around 377,686,000KW of electrical power produced by nuclear power plants in the world back in the year 2001.
It takes about 15 GL per year to cool a 1 MW nuclear power plant, therefore it will take
15 * 377,686 = 388,433,890 GL per year to cool those reactors and each litre of water is initially raised in temperature by at least 36F.
I'd say it's a lot of piss that does affect the environment.
