And that's unnerving
Many, many years ago I heard someone bemoaning the fact that so much Canadian water makes its way to the arctic watershed. "What a waste," the sentiment went, "we'll have to divert a lot of that."
Scared the bejezus out of me, and I'm thankful I haven't heard it since. I hope the rising value of water won't revive it.
