LOL!!! Doing the simple math for you one more time...

Yes, you made calculations without understanding how nuclear fission heats its surroundings.

Oh, that is TOO funny-you cannot multiply, you have no concept of physics, you cannot even comprehend what you read... and YOU try to tell ME that I dont understand.... ROTFLMAO....

WHY do you think thermal energy derived from nuclear power is somehow special, or different from energy derived from other sources? are you truly that ignorant?

you claim that the numbers that you have placed here at HZ are the proof that you are correct.

But I can not accept your proof until you can show to me that you thoroughly understand the difference between the power generation by nuclear means and fossil fuel means. By “difference“ I mean the total energy production in the molecular and atomic level and all the effects from the waste products.

Can you find any errors in my calculations? Energy is energy, if you boil water with coal or with nuclear power the result is the same- nuclear power does have radioactive waste, but there is nothing 'magical' about that. For this discussion all that matters is the energy released, I have shown that the effects you claim this energy has are not even REMOTELY Possible. I have done the numbers for you- you can do the numbers yourself if you dont believe me. The calculations are trivial, requiring only gradeschool math...

I have engaged in this discussion not because I think I can convince you, I have done this to demonstrate that you really aren't interested in educating yourself. You are only interested in spouting your silly delusional garbage.... you dont let the facts get in the way. You arrogantly claim you are right and those that actually KNOW what they are talking about are wrong... you are too lazy and ignorant to do the numbers yourself, and when others do them for you, you ignore them.

You are a troll...

Since you know how to use the calculator, perhaps you could answer the question that I posed in another post.

From:
http://www.nucleartourist.com/world/wwide1.htm
Argonne National Laboratory International Nuclear Safety Center's (INSC) Database.

There are currently about 440 operating reactors in the world.

One reactor alone has 2.8 tons of U-235 in it.

Not all reactor are made the same way but if they were then 2.8 tons * 440 reactors = 1232 tons of U235 is disintegrating right now and each atom generates 200 MeV = 3.2 × 10-11 J of energy.

Now you tell me how many atoms there are in 1,232 tons of U235 then that will give us some idea of what thispiss can do.

Again, this question requires ONLY SIMPLE MATH!

The mass of an atom of U235 is 235.04 atomic mass units, amu. One amu is 1.66*10-27 kg, therefore the mass of one atom of U235 is 3.9*10-25 kg.

The number of U235 atoms in one kg is 1kg/(3.9*10-25 kg/atom)=2.56*1024 atoms- or 2.56 million billion billion atoms - plus or minus a few :) .

The number of atoms in a metric ton, (1000 kg), of U235 is then 2.56*1027 atoms, or 2.56 billion billion billion atoms. The number of atoms in 1,232 tons of U235 is simply 3.15*1030 atoms.

If each atom releases 3.2*10-11 joules upon decay then the total energy released from 1232 tons U235is: E=1.01*1020Joules.

IF ALL that energy was used to heat the oceans of the Earth, assuming NO radiative losses, and neglecting the heat transfer to the earth itself....

1.01*1020J=DeltaT*CWater*MOceans

Solving for DeltaT gives a temperature increase of 1.7*10-5 degrees or .000017 degrees.

AGAIN I have done the numbers for you... and shown them to be miniscule, you can thank me later.
