You are the first person I have known that has been at both ends of the spectrum.
I have always fought the battle of obesity, getting as high as 240 lbs (I'm 5'9") a couple of times and never able to get much lower than 170. I have been holding fairly well at about 190 for the last 4-5 years and I am healthy enough at that weight. I even understand the dysmorphia thing. As a young adult I was always around 170 and always thought I was fat. The weight charts at that time insisted that I sould be no more than 150. I now know that the charts were wrong in my case. They are more reasonable now
My wife has always been under 100 so I know how it is to live with someone that tends to be underweight. She is not anorexic but her weight causes us concern sometimes, ranging as low as 80-85 at times, (she is 5'5"). People that don't know her go on about how good her appetite is and wonder how she stays so thin. I tell them to follow her around and eat what she eats and they will see how she does it. Eating is a low priority for her but in social settings her appetite seems to come to life.
I am glad you have it under control. You look so very nice and I know that lower weight means you feel much better.
