Dear, Jody!
I guess, I came close to that at being about 110/15lbs when I was eighteen, but I stopped myself. I learned how to eat and how to apply food to my daily life. That was in the 70's.
I have to admit that I grew to 161-lbs last october and I've lost 20-lbs now. I'm not at my ideal weight, but as Valerie Vertinelli (spelling?!) has said, that she doesn't look like she did.... but it's pretty darn close. Regardless, REGARDLESS, it comes down to management. Management of weight, what you eat, how much and of course, life style. When you are not in a stressfull situation, exercise, exercise! Never eat more than what your two palms of your hands can hold. Limit or delete processed foods (cooking is fun! Baked potatoes, Brown/whole grain rice cooked with organic chicken stock...). If you are over forty, limit processed carbs, sugars and fats, but hype the proteing (again, portions matter... four to six ounces of protein/meats/serving and the greatest is at dinner.... don't eat after 9:00pm...).
Twenty pounds for me, Ninety One pounds for you. You go girl!
