It seemingly is becoming easier for me to reveal things, because it feels so good to do so.

I am finding that the more honest I am with myself...and voicing it to others...The more connected I feel with people...and it seems as though they are more willing to open up and reveal also...I hope so anyway. It is an upward spiral of communication.
