Seriously, have you ever trusted the Human Resources Manager at any company you have worked for?
They are power hungry snakes...Monitoring E-mail, browsing, time spent at desk... That's about par for the course for your average Human Resources Manager.
Add in body and resparation metrics that might indicate sinister intentet and whoa: They can get rid of everybody who isn't the ideal team player!
But of course they themselves will not be monitored! They can't let it be known what their intent is.
They are the clowns of the 21st century! (Did I ever mention that I believe circus clowns have a hidden agenda? They are never to be trusted.)
John Wayne Gacy was a clown. Need I say more?
