I made it effectively with my first response, which neutralized the entire "study" as any kind of objective information source. The rest of this thread has been strolling around the garden paths, patiently explaining it.
Ironically, if you had headed your first post here with the stock phrase "Clinton Did It Too!" instead of "Clinton made us do it," you would have demonstrated at least some understanding of the point.
