No, we couldn't.

The sort of instrumentation and measurement devices we are using are not of the quantity or caliber to determine such differences.

We are in the stone knives and bearskins age of number accuracy.

We have a handful of solar measurement stations throughout the US.

The rest of the world has next to none. The oceans, poles and 99.99999999 percent of the surface of theEarth have no accurate measure of solar variation.

But climate "scientists" can tell that manmade CO2 molecules are heating up the place - for a buck. Just like McFly's Transportation Research Board report of "global warming" on the transportation system churned out for 60-100 grand +.

Watching the hysterical faithful here spit out post after post with fervor to any "disbeliever" illustrates that this issue is all about religious orthodoxy, controlling others, and has nothing to do with hard science.

It's "science" for looters.
