I've brought more scientific papers to this board than anyone else here, including some I've paid for. I would bet I've read more on this issue over the past two years than you have.
I pull one reference off the wall for the Oreskes issue, and you've been crowing about it in about eight separate threads.
You might want to respond to my own take on this. There are, in fact, scientists with problems on this issue, and they do, in fact, get crap for it. The scientific profession can circle the wagons as easily as any other human profession can, particularly if there are gatekeepers.
