because what you just basically stated was a unionized view, that seniority matters more than competence or ethics.

What's even more ironic is that you once again labeled me as the far left (and laughably yourself as a moderate) when I've often stated my very anti-unionist viewpoints. One of my main arguments against today's labor unions has always been this irrational emphasis on seniority over all other concerns which can be often related directly to the benefits it provides the union leadership which is primarily the highest seniority individuals. I watched negotiations going on where the union thugs repeatedly turned down logical and fair proposals designed to spread the good will and wealth to all the workers just because it didn't benefit them personally.

So here you are supposedly this conservative values-oriented person telling me you deserve some respect because you've been here longer? Bullshit. The only thing your longevity on here means is that people had to put up with your racism and hatred for that much longer.
