And even if it did, notice the Spin Job Tom is doing over on Off-Topic? Do you think the reception I would get would be any different? (with others, tom wasn't one of the people- or at least not the worst).

Before I came to this place I believed reasoned discourse would always arrive at a closer approximation of truth. Now I know that was just one of the last shreds of my youthful idealism. I have seen 2 people on the zone in all the years I was here do a 'ohshit! we were wrong!' and change their minds on the war. You and McFly, and only after the deed was done and it was long past too late to stop the killing.
Not sure why I keep coming back here. I do like the full contact debate, but it is pointless. Every time I disappear for a couple of months and come back, I get the hopeless/pointless sensation aster and faster upon return. Yeesh, Fox is looking wiser by the word as I type this.
