Maybe that IS the key. I've always felt comfortable and enabled in the gentlemen's debating society, but always felt confident of being able to handle the situation if the salon was crashed by bikers.

Video games, on the other hand, always bored me. Even computer chess I find difficult to concentrate on. Defeating an algorithm has no ego value to me. Being defeated by one is totally humiliating.
