Because we all start in kindergarden and advance through the grades.
IF this is some type of "teaching" or some type of "learning", they/it (pick one)........are taking us through steps, coaxing us and possibly re-constituting some long lost DNA.

If it IS paranormal, extra-terrestial or ultra-dimensional; then what could be YEARS to us could be like seconds to them. However, I do believe they/it (pick one) are observing our re-actions and producing a certain timeline for us. What it's supposed to be; I don't know .
BUT.......we asked for a REPLY from Arecibo to Voyager missions.
What "if" this is how they are answering us?
