The Pioneer Plaques, the Voyager Records, and the Arecibo Message
Have not gone out far enough to be detected yet. The probes
are so small and moving so slowly that they may not be found
for millions of years, if ever.
There have also been some other deliberate attempts at contact
in the last few years (I am not referring to either the Beatles song
or the Doritos ad that were recently broadcast), but they also
have decades to go before they reach their destinations.

I am sure there are other ways that aliens could find out about
us, but our deliberate messages are not it, not for a long while
at least.
