Versus the head of the Dept of Defense saying the complete opposite?
As a matter of fact, it's classified as ABOVE top secret.

Now DFM, think about this. Why would defense departments worldwide classify such delusions and not let people like you see it, pray tell? Why is everything blacked out before it's "released"?

Are they spending our tax dollars on "delusions"?
