Didn't report that he'd increased it on his own. Evidently, the Government's bounty doesn't come without strings; the states that accept the funds for unemployment have to change their own laws to utilize the funds and then they're stuck with the changes. Businesses end up paying more for unemployment taxes. Not sure how I feel about that yet but I'm waffling over to the negative side. Not a good time to increase business taxes even if it doesn't take effect for awhile.
