Was not so much to assume my idea that some aliens might have a
sense of humor, enough to pull a stunt like crop circles to mess with
our heads, but to attempt a breakout from the paradigm of aliens as
cold and logical (or being purely angelic or demonic) and say why
couldn't they have feelings and behaviors similar to ours?
Because in the very slim event that it is a bunch of aliens making pretty
designs in our fields, the seeming illogic of such a way to behave on our
planet (barring that film with Mel Gibson), could mean - using Occam's
razor - that the intelligence behind the circles is either really, really,
REALLYT alien or they have the equivalent of Candid Camera. Or they
are drunk frat boys on a bender.
I welcome other ideas. Even if you are wrong. :^) :^)
