It doesn't matter if its your own property as the Hunt brothers found out. The key is that you are attempting to restrict competition by controlling a market.

The Justice Dept is currently giving Google the evil eye in its attempts to digitize all the books in the world. You could argue that Google owns its digital version of the books, but that doesn't mean the Justice Dept may not find Google's actions are a violation of anti-trust laws.
