Selling a product is not equivalent to setting up a cartel.

They have a product that lots of people want. They want to put a price on it. That's business.

If it irritates you, you can take your business elsewhere. If they have a unique product that you need, you either suck it up or do without.

The US government would be reluctant to sue because that would be restraint of trade and they would lose.
