Once again, the government doesn't need to sue. Anyone impacted has that right. If your were a "talent" at one time you should know how to do research.

Also if people wanted their product they would have to conspire with others to create a monopoly out of it by driving others sources under the way deBeers does with its "blood" diamond campaign that labels basically any diamond that didn't flow through deBeers greedy hands as a "blood" diamond.
