An activity I have done several times over the years is based on this video:

I still regularly hear girls wanting to be nurses and saying that boys are doctors, girls are nurses. Not young children dressing up but 7-10 year olds. Heartbreakingly, the one girl I’ve heard saying she wanted to be a doctor was the one who it will genuinely not be possible for.
